Giving and Receiving Feedback
In this session, participants will reflect on how they both give and receive feedback, and how they can improve upon giving feedback to others. The group will also learn a feedback model and practice applying to to real life scenarios they bring to the session. Finally, participants will learn tools and strategies to create a practical application in their day-to-day work, including conversations around power dynamics and effective communication.
This learning module includes:
- 30-minute planning session with leaders via videoconference
- Customized curriculum designed based on your needs
- Full day, interactive workshop (meets NYS SACC training requirements in area (5) business record maintenance and management; certificates provided)
- 1-hour follow-up call to discuss learnings and progress toward action steps
