Technical Assistance On Demand!
Technical Assistance, or TA, On Demand is like having a personal coach on retainer, available any time you need to ask a question. Our team of youth services experts is available to support you by email, phone, text, videoconference, or Facebook message. Requests will generally be answered within 24 hours.
For $70/month/user, you can access support to:
- Develop staff meeting agendas
- Prepare for difficult conversations
- Copyedit short documents (up to 2 pages)
- Find research and evidence-based practices to support program development
- Create career development plans
- Explore creative hiring avenues
- Just about anything else!
Note: Emails, texts, and Facebook messages are unlimited. Phone calls and videoconferences are limited to two 30-minute calls per month. If a request requires more support than can be provided in writing or via two calls, the user will be directed to a more in-depth TA package. Monthly fees will be billed each month unless a written cancellation request is received.
