Team-Building Cooking Retreat with Chef Laura
Give your team a memorable bonding and learning experience with a Teaching Table retrEAT! Teaching Table plans and facilitates as much or as little of the retreat as needed, including icebreakers, goals and objectives, difficult conversations, small group break-outs, hands-on and competition or collaborative style cooking classes. Retreat topics facilitated by Teaching Table can include: establishing norms of interaction, team charters, etc.; communication and collaboration practices; reflection on outcomes; strategic planning and goal setting. In Teaching Table's hands-on cooking classes, participants learn techniques for transforming seasonal, whole, local ingredients into healthful, delicious dishes they can replicate at home. Menus and objectives will be customized to your team's needs and interests. In the kitchen, teams practice strategic planning, collaboration, and improvisation that translates to their daily work.
