Arielle Lever is an educator, arts leader, and accessibility consultant with more than 15 years of experience designing inclusive learning experiences and building programs that create meaningful opportunities for participation and connection, particularly for individuals with disabilities. Her work sits at the intersection of education, the arts, and accessibility, with a focus on creating learning environments and cultural spaces where people with different ways of learning, communicating, and engaging can thrive.
As a Program Manager at the Museum, Arts, and Culture Access Consortium, Arielle developed and managed educational and employment programs for people with intellectual disabilities across New York City’s cultural sector. She is a co-founder and former Director of Programs at CO/LAB Theater Group, where she helped grow the organization from its inception into a program serving more than 1,000 participants. She remains an active Teaching Artist at CO/LAB and several other education organizations, where she facilitates workshops in school and community settings for learners ages 3 to 85. As a consultant, she has worked with more than 35 organizations, supporting teams in strategizing and translating ideas about access and inclusion into practical approaches. Throughout her career, Arielle has been especially interested in what happens when we approach learning with curiosity, care, creativity, and a willingness to rethink existing systems. She is excited to bring this experience to her new role at Change Impact as an Inclusion Coach, supporting the growth of accessibility and inclusion across COMPASS after-school programs. She is a theater kid at heart and spends her free time seeing theater (and sometimes performing!). She lives in Rockaway Beach, Queens, so when she is not at work or the theater, you can find her collecting seashells with her two young children. |
