Arzina Karimi, Senior Manager, Product Strategy and Learner Experience 

Arzina (she/her) grew up in a civic minded community in California that ignited her passion to serve those in need of economic upliftment. Her career has focused on leveraging data and technology to drive program strategy and solutions forward at mission-driven organizations. In her last role, Arzina managed the first research program at Samaschool to unearth the experiences of low-income American freelancers. She also supported operational strategy for internal systems to build and maintain a robust data infrastructure for the program. Prior to Samaschool, Arzina worked at a social service agency for homelessness, where she monitored and evaluated the impact of all program services.

In her personal time, Arzina works with her community to host professional networking events for both emerging and established professionals. Arzina holds a B.A. in Psychology from UC San Diego and is a certified product manager.
