Rae Draizen (she/her) is a strategist, facilitator, producer, and community builder with 15+ years of experience in the social impact space. She has spent time in the nonprofit, for profit, education, and startup sectors, and is passionate about supporting organizations and communities as they seek authentic connection and sustainable change.
Most recently, Rae spent 5 years as VP of Community & Impact at RE—INC, a purpose-driven brand at the intersection of progress, equity, and sports. As a consultant, she’s worked with folks across industries to spearhead initiatives that strengthen culture and cultivate inclusive teams with intentional leadership. From workshops and events to equity-focused brand strategy, her background as a social worker and educator brings an antiracist framework and therapeutic lens to her practice. She strives to make equity work less of a box to check and more of an honest conversation, bridging the gaps to foster resilience and openness. She focuses on relationship-building, values alignment, and community design as the special sauce to build dynamic, innovative teams. Rae holds a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, a Masters in Social Enterprise from Columbia University School of Social Work, and a Diversity & Inclusion Professionals Certification from Cornell University. Outside of work, you can find her volunteering as a mentor and school captain for iMentor NYC, doing community organizing work with Roots to Revolution, or seeing a Broadway show. |
