Taejha Richardson, Managing Director, Strategic Projects

Taejha Richardson (she/her) is a passionate leader with over a decade of experience helping mission-driven organizations thrive. With a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College, she has built a career designing programs that strengthen teams, enhance employee engagement, and drive impactful results.

Most recently, Taejha served as Director of Capacity Building and Professional Development at the Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD). There, she led a talented team in supporting community-based organizations across New York City, fostering collaboration, and creating innovative service models. Before that, she rose through the ranks at ExpandED Schools, managing projects that supported afterschool educators and honing her skills in training design, coaching, and project management. Taejha is excited to bring her expertise and energy to Change Impact.

Taejha is also a proud Brooklynite who lives with her husband and two sons. In her downtime, she loves getting lost in courtroom procedurals, fantasy epics, and nail-biting thrillers.
