Amy DeMarco

Amy DeMarco is an accomplished education and instructional design professional with a strong academic background and extensive experience in both traditional and digital learning environments.  With a background in teaching and special education, she understands the importance of tailored curriculum design and effective differentiation strategies. Throughout her career, she has undertaken notable projects, including the development of Google Apps for Education training and city-wide educational workshops. Her passion lies in bridging education and technology to enhance the learning experience, and is committed to creating innovative and effective instructional materials and strategies that empower educators and learners alike.

After leaving NYC, Amy founded Aquila Education, where she pioneered the integration of augmented and virtual reality into learning materials for the classroom.

Amy holds a Bachelors and Masters in History, NYS teaching certifications for grades 5-12 in special education and history, and an Advanced Master's in Education Leadership.
