Our Professional Development Learning Cycle is built on the science of adult learning, behavior change, motivation, and engagement. Research shows that for staff to shift their professional practice, they must (1) be motivated, (2) have the required ability, and (3) be prompted to perform new behaviors.
Our trainings address each element of behavior change, effectively teaching skills, providing inspirational content, and sending professionals prompts and reminders to implement new learnings. Among our trainees, 97% report knowledge and skill improvements.
