​Change Impact works with mission-driven agencies from small nonprofits to universities to government agencies. Here is a snapshot of previous projects:

• Design and build capacity for a 100-site after-school program 
• Conduct a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) audit for a youth-serving agency
• Support a cohort of schools to implement restorative practices through a  year-long training and coaching experience
• Research and write a report on postsecondary pathways to and through college
• Train workforce development agencies to use data in job readiness programs
• Revise national youth development competencies with an equity/antiracism lens
• Write public and private grant proposals / reports across a range of program areas
• Manage Human Resources as an outsourced partner (payroll, benefits, employee supports, and office management)

Strong Human Capital
We help agencies identify and fill gaps in human capital and establish talent structures that meet the organization's needs. In some cases, we fully oversee organizations' HR, payroll, and benefits administration. Change Impact also develops leaders and staff in mission-driven organizations through in-person and online training, including developing self-paced trainings for our partners. Funding and Resources 
Grant proposals don't write themselves. We offer a range of services including conducting background research, outlining, writing, and copy editing, and have helped raise millions of dollars support social impact programs since 2017. We also support organizations to secure non-financial resources, such as space, technical assistance, and strategic partnerships.

Careful planning is core to achieving results, and groups benefit from thoughtful collaboration that values their time and expertise. We design meaningful processes to help your group achieve its objectives. We also design unique team-building experiences, whether you want to spend the day immersed in the arts or in the great outdoors. 

Furthermore, setting targets and measuring progress is necessary in any mission-driven organization. We support partners to develop logic models, evaluate programs, assess point of service quality, and create continuous improvement plans.
