Caleb Jonas

​Caleb Jonas, Consultant, is an experienced nonprofit and social enterprise leader with more than 10 years of experience leading programs and organizations. He most recently led workforce training programs and strategy at Goodwill Industries of San Francisco, Marin, and San Mateo Counties. In this role, he created and managed programs for people overcoming barriers to employment including initiatives focused on e-commerce, IT and Technology, warehouse and logistics, and workplace English skills. Before joining Goodwill, he worked in a variety of roles for 5 years at Samaschool, the only organization focused on educating low-income workers and jobseekers about the benefits and risks of gig work. Earlier in his career, Caleb worked in the fields of impact investing and education programming for at-risk students.

​Caleb has a B.A. from Macalester College, an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School.
