One-on-One and Small Group Coaching

Change Impact provides one-on-one and small group coaching to support social impact professionals using the OSKAR coaching model, results-based facilitation, and good old-fashioned listening.
This form of professional development is specifically helpful for leaders in need of confidential support, professionals feeling stuck in their careers, and anyone seeking individualized guidance to enhance or expand their programs and services.

Most coaching sessions qualify for NYS school-age child care training credit and may meet other professional development requirements as well.

Our coaching is:
- Virtual
- 1-2 hours per session
- Scheduled as a single session or as a series
- For individuals or small groups of up to 3 people
- Followed by a customized set of resources to support implementation of ideas and strategies
Coaching sessions may focus on:
- Leadership and Operations – strategy mapping; financial review and resource development; succession planning; motivating your team; diversity, equity and inclusion planning
- Programs and Services – program design; using data-driven practices; improving quality; professional development planning
- Individual Needs and Opportunities – career planning; resume review; preparing for difficult conversations; managing interpersonal challenges
- Managing through COVID19 – contingency and scenario planning; remote staff supervision; responding to staff trauma; and more
