How To Motivate and Move People to Action
Whether trying to motivate your staff to improve program quality, or working on increasing parent engagement, youth development leaders are often faced with the task of encouraging program stakeholders to take action. In this session, you will learn effective ways to motivate your teams and other stakeholders, ultimately moving people to action. You will leave the session with the tools and resources needed to get the job done.
Audience: Supervisors, site directors, and other program leaders
Pricing is as follows:
Virtual, 1.5 hours: $800
Virtual, 2 hours: $1,000
In-Person, 2 hours: $1,200
In-Person, 3 hours: $1,400

This price includes one planning meeting (if needed), training design using our proprietary approach to adult learning, logistical and technical support, interactive facilitation, and follow-up materials for participants to support adoption of new ideas and practices.
