Tania Ortiz-Ashby (she/her) is a dedicated professional with over 20 years of experience creating and leading learning spaces for leaders and educators from youth-serving spaces so they can access the resources and develop the skills needed to ensure positive outcomes for youth. Her skills include staff development planning, virtual and in-person workshop development and facilitation, database administration, and leveraging technology for personal and professional growth.
Before joining Change Impact, Tania was instrumental in supporting strategic development, implementation, and evaluation across all programs at the Partnership for After School Education. Her role included managing senior-level initiatives, ensuring data-driven program improvement, and fostering strong partnerships with key stakeholders to expand program impact. Tania's collaborative efforts with her teammates led to the successful design and implementation of conferences, forums, best practice panels, and workshops for staff in nonprofit youth-serving organizations throughout New York City, serving thousands annually.
Tania's educational background is a testament to her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. She holds a Master's in Learning and Emerging Technologies, an Advanced Certificate in Teaching and Learning with Emerging Technologies from SUNY Empire State University, and a Bachelor's in Human Development and Family Studies from Cornell University. Tania volunteers with the Salesforce.org Commons, a community of individuals and organizations collaborating to identify, prioritize, and build solutions that make Salesforce technology easier for nonprofits and schools. A native New Yorker, Tania enjoys exploring the five boroughs and checking out off-the-beaten-path places.
