Teaching Table aims to inspire others through cooking and community-building. Chef Laura Scheck has more than 15 years in the field of public education as a Teacher, Program Director, Coach, Trainer, and Curriculum Developer with adept organization, facilitation, evaluation, and collaboration skills. She leads teams to set collective goals and creates systems to manage toward their objectives. She also completed training in health supportive cooking at Natural Gourmet Institute and provides cooking classes for adults and children. 

Laura offers one-of-a-kind cooking-themed events to help groups become teams and to coach participants on a variety of issues from collaboration to leadership in a hands-on way.
